Nutritionist-to-the-Stars Dr. Oz Garcia Teaches Life Extension Skills Aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises in 2008

Fort Lauderdale - September 24, 2007 - Maintaining personal health and fitness in today's fast-moving, sleep-deprived society requires innovative strategies from the experts. Regent Seven Seas Cruises, voted the world's #1 large-ship operator by readers of Condé Nast Traveler, will help guests achieve physical and mental well-being in 2008 with two European voyages featuring celebrated nutritional counselor and life extension specialist Dr. Oz Garcia, who will host "Wellness and Balance with Oz Garcia" - a special new Circles of InterestSM enrichment program.

Widely known as the "nutritionist to the stars," Garcia uses one-on-one assessments and open dialogue to help his clients achieve personal health goals. Garcia's strategies are customized to keep the body and brain in the best possible shape at any age, and his areas of focus range from diet and fitness to restoration therapy, including massage therapy, yoga and tai chi.

Garcia has worked with a variety of A-list film and fashion stars, plus many of the highest-ranking Fortune 500 CEOs. The best-selling author of The Balance and Look and Feel Fabulous Forever, Garcia has been featured in Vogue, Self, Allure, The New York Times and Sports Illustrated. He has also appeared on leading television programs including 20/20, 48 Hours, The View, and VH1 Rock Bodies, and has been featured in news segments on ABC, NBC, CBS and cable television.

"We are pleased to provide Regent guests with personal access to Oz Garcia, a highly acclaimed wellness expert," said Sophie Vlessing, vice president, customer strategy and marketing for Regent. "Our 2008 Circles of Interest programs continue to offer unparalleled experiences for Regent guests as they gain insight and enrich their lives through the pursuit of a wide variety of personal interests."

"Wellness and Balance with Oz Garcia" will be available on two summer 2008 departures of the 700-guest, all-suite, all-balcony Seven Seas Voyager. Departing from Piraeus (for Athens), Greece, on May 26, Seven Seas Voyager will offer a seven-day Adriatic/Greek Isles cruise to Corfu, Mykonos and Nafplion, Greece; plus Dubrovnik, Croatia and Koper, Slovenia before ending in Venice. On June 2, Seven Seas Voyager departs Venice for a seven-night journey to Korcula, Croatia; Sarande, Albania; Naxos, Sicily; Sorrento, Italy and Civitavecchia (for Rome), Italy, concluding in Monte Carlo on June 9.

Garcia will welcome Circles of Interest guests at an exclusive reception at the outset of each voyage, and arrange times for one-on-one assessments. Later, using the results of customized wellness surveys completed by each participant, he will determine the best strategy for elevating and maintaining each guest's personal well-being. The surveys will also suggest topics for morning breakfast meetings with Garcia, a highlight of each program day. Oz will be accompanied at all sessions by his brother, Albert Garcia, who has more than 20 years' experience in massage therapy, nutrition and alternative medicine. The Circles of Interest fare for each sailing is $455 per person, exclusive of cruise fare.

"Wellness and Balance with Oz Garcia" is one of a diverse group of 2008 Circles of Interest programs offering guests exclusive onboard and shore-side experiences featuring world-class lecturers, instructors and authorities from the realms of art, cuisine, history, conservation, photography and wellness.
