    Providing a seamless experience from beginning to end, the Air Concierge program includes personalized flight planning through our dedicated Air Concierge team. Guests who participate in the program also enjoy up to $500 per suite in complimentary Blacklane private chauffeur credits, available from 10 days prior to sailing through 10 days following their voyage, as well as complimentary coach transfers provided exclusively between the airport and ship on embarkation and disembarkation days. Should you choose to opt out of the Blacklane private chauffeur service, you will receive a Shipboard Credit of equal value.

How To Access The Air Program

When your Air Concierge access window opens for your voyage, you’ll be invited to connect with our dedicated Air Concierge team to begin curating your preferred flight itinerary. You or your Travel Advisor will receive an automated email along with a notification in My Account at RSSC.com to begin the process

Whether you prefer a specific airline, an upgraded cabin experience or wish to extend your journey with pre- or post-cruise travel, our specialists are here to thoughtfully design air arrangements tailored to you.

Air Concierge Details:

  • A $125 Air Concierge deposit per person (up to $250 per suite) is required to initiate your request. This deposit is applied toward your airfare once you accept your proposed itinerary. Should you decide not to proceed, the deposit will automatically convert to a Shipboard Credit for you to enjoy during your voyage.
  • Access opens 270 days prior to sailing for guests in Concierge Suites and above, or Seven Seas Society members of Platinum-level and above.
  • Access opens 240 days prior to sailing for guests in Serenity Suites and below, and Seven Seas Society members of Gold-level and below.

  • The Air Concierge program is a personalized air-planning service designed to give guests in the United States and Canada greater flexibility and control over their flight arrangements. Beginning April 1, 2026, air arrangements will be coordinated exclusively through our dedicated Air Concierge team.
  • This transition allows Regent to deliver a more tailored, premium experience, offering guests greater choice, flexibility and real-time airfare pricing based on current market conditions rather than pre-bundled estimates.

  • Air Concierge will be available to all U.S. and Canada guests beginning April 1, 2026. The service may be added to any new booking or to an existing cruise-only reservation.

    Guests who are already booked under our air program prior to April 1, 2026 may call to request a switch to Air Concierge. Please note that the reservation will first be converted to cruise-only. Once flight schedules become available, guests must call to use the service. A $125 Air Concierge deposit per person (up to $250 per suite) will apply.

This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your airfare once arrangements are confirmed. Should you decide not to book air with us, it will seamlessly convert to Shipboard Credit to enjoy during your voyage. A new $125 deposit per guest (up to $250 per suite) is required for any new request after flights have been accepted or canceled — including if you would like to rebook your ticket.
  • After reserving your cruise, you may register your interest in exploring flight options during your booking call or at any time thereafter, whichever is most convenient for you. When your Air Concierge request window opens up to 270 days prior to your voyage, you will receive an automated email and a notification within My Account on RSSC.com inviting you to begin the process.
  • Airfare is priced in real time, based on current market availability at the moment your Air Concierge service is delivered. This ensures greater transparency and accuracy compared to pre-packaged air pricing. Quoted fares are held for three days and are subject to change after that time based on market availability.
  • Yes. Guests may choose to make independent air arrangements at their discretion. The Air Concierge Program is an optional service for those who prefer Regent’s expert guidance and seamless coordination.
