Booking your private transfers just got a whole lot easier. You can now arrange your chauffeured transfers directly through Blacklane's user-friendly app or website, giving you the ultimate control and flexibility as to when and where you want to go. You'll also be able to change and modify your reservation within the app and you will be directly connected with your driver on the day of transfer for easier and more reliable coordination and communication.
Once your next Regent cruise is booked and deposited or paid in full, your journey is officially underway.
You’ll receive an email (sent to the primary guest, with a copy to your Travel Advisor) with a personalized link to access your Blacklane benefit.
Log in or create a Blacklane account, enter your booking details, and claim your credits. Once you've booked your ride(s), everything is taken care of. Blacklane keeps us in the loop, and we’ll update your reservation accordingly.

Guests who choose an Ultimate All-Inclusive Fare with Roundtrip Air will receive a Blacklane credit of $250 per guest (up to $500 per suite) for private executive chauffeur service. These can be used for home to airport journeys, or to upgrade the complimentary airport to ship transfers. Guests will receive their Blacklane voucher directly, giving them flexibility to use this credit to cover any transfer needs starting 10 days prior to their cruise up to 10 days post cruise.
In addition, Blacklane will also become the exclusive provider for private transfers for guests who have attained Seven Seas Society Titanium status and above, which entitles them to two free private transfers, and for Regent Suite guests who receive the perk of unlimited private transfers.

The up to $500 per suite Blacklane voucher will typically cover two journeys, such as home to airport and airport to home, each in a private SUV, carrying up to 5 pieces of luggage. When booking your transfer, you will have the option of what type of car to select, including how much luggage that vehicle can hold, so you can choose based on your unique needs. The credit is yours to apply as you wish and isn’t limited to a set number of transfers or a specific leg of your journey (e.g., ship to airport).
