Booking your private transfers just got a whole lot easier. You can now arrange your chauffeured transfers directly through Blacklane's user-friendly app or website, giving you the ultimate control and flexibility as to when and where you want to go. You'll also be able to change and modify your reservation within the app and you will be directly connected with your driver on the day of transfer for easier and more reliable coordination and communication.

How It Works

  • Step 1

    Book Your Cruise

    Once your next Regent cruise is booked and deposited or paid in full, your journey is officially underway.

  • Step 2

    60 Days Before You Sail

    You’ll receive an email (sent to the primary guest, with a copy to your Travel Advisor) with a personalized link to access your Blacklane benefit.

  • Step 3

    Redeem and Ride

    Log in or create a Blacklane account, enter your booking details, and claim your credits. Once you've booked your ride(s), everything is taken care of. Blacklane keeps us in the loop, and we’ll update your reservation accordingly.

  • Guests who choose an Ultimate All-Inclusive Fare with Roundtrip Air will receive a Blacklane credit of $250 per guest (up to $500 per suite) for private executive chauffeur service. These can be used for home to airport journeys, or to upgrade the complimentary airport to ship transfers. Guests will receive their Blacklane voucher directly, giving them flexibility to use this credit to cover any transfer needs starting 10 days prior to their cruise up to 10 days post cruise.

    In addition, Blacklane will also become the exclusive provider for private transfers for guests who have attained Seven Seas Society Titanium status and above, which entitles them to two free private transfers, and for Regent Suite guests who receive the perk of unlimited private transfers.

  • Blacklane operates in most major travel destinations around the world. You can find a complete list here.

  • The up to $500 per suite Blacklane voucher will typically cover two journeys, such as home to airport and airport to home, each in a private SUV, carrying up to 5 pieces of luggage. When booking your transfer, you will have the option of what type of car to select, including how much luggage that vehicle can hold, so you can choose based on your unique needs. The credit is yours to apply as you wish and isn’t limited to a set number of transfers or a specific leg of your journey (e.g., ship to airport).

  • It’s simple:

    • Step 1: Click the claim link included in the email you’ll receive directly from us about your complimentary transfers. This email will be sent approximately 60 days before sailing.
    • Step 2: Log in or create a Blacklane account by providing your first and last name, email and phone number.
    • Step 3: Enter your last name and Regent cruise booking number exactly as they appear in your Regent booking.
    • Step 4: Your complimentary voucher and/or credit will be automatically added to your wallet and can be found under the Promotions section of your Blacklane account.

    Tip: Credits can be added to any Blacklane account, not just the one linked to the primary guest's Regent email.

    • Option 1: Visit the Promotions section in your account. Here, you will see a list of complimentary vouchers and/or credits you are entitled to. Click on one of them to see more details, and if you decide to use them, click the Apply voucherbutton at the bottom to start booking.
    • Option 2: Apply your voucher and/or credit when choosing the service class while booking.
    • Option 3: At the end of the checkout page, click on Add promotion.
  • This helpful Guest Handbook offers step-by-step booking instructions with screenshots to walk you through each part of the process.

    • Rides page: You can see all your bookings and their statuses and edit or cancel your rides up until one hour prior to pickup.
    • Account page: Access your personal information and account settings.

  • Even if Blacklane service isn’t available in your home location, you can still make the most of your credits in other ways:

    • Use your Blacklane Credits to replace a coach transfer at your embarkation or debarkation port (where Blacklane is available).
    • Book a ride in one of your cruise ports for added comfort and convenience during your journey.

  • At this time, Blacklane does not guarantee ADA-compliant vehicles. If you require an accessible transfer, please arrange it through Executive Collections.
