Take advantage of our best deals and start planning your unforgettable journey to the world's most inspiring destinations.
Explore both cosmopolitan London and a deeply fascinating corner or Britain, the beautiful countryside of Kent. Admire a variety of popular attractions such as the Tower of London and its Crown Jewels, the Battle of Britain Monument, Dover Castle and the surrounding area that is referred to as “the Garden of England”.
Operational Note: Venues and sites in London are not able to be confirmed for groups until we are much closer to operation dates. For this reason, should a venue or site not be available during your voyage or needs to be amended to another day, guests will be advised prior to departing for the program. Guests should refer to their final cruise documents received 21 days before sailing for the most up to date itinerary for their voyage.
DAY 1
Fly into London Heathrow or London Gatwick Airport. Here you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Although every effort will be made to have your room available prior to the 3:00pm check in, this cannot be guaranteed.
Note: Once you have gone through Customs and Immigration you will collect your luggage at the carousel, walk through the “nothing to declare” channel and then exit into the arrivals hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign with the cruise line logo.
The remainder of the day and meals are on your own, after which you will overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2
London is a city that inspires and amazes! A capital that basks in its rich history where around every corner there is something new, yet something familiar. We take you on a tour of this majestic city, fully guided by a London expert.
Start this day of discovery with a tour of the Crown Jewels within the historic Tower of London.
You will be met by one of the guardians of this royal fortress upon arrival - a magnificently dressed Yeoman Warder, or 'Beefeater' who will show you symbols of over 800 years of monarchy. Marvel at the Imperial State Crown and gaze in wonder at the Cullinan diamond, the largest clear-cut diamond in the world. An amazing collection of intricate jewellery and precious metals which are still in use today for coronations and special events.
Note: Crown Jewels tour may not be exclusive to RSSC
There is plenty of time to explore the rest of this ancient fortress, see the site of executions at the scaffold, visit the Beauchamp Tower adorned with the graffiti of prisoners over 500 years ago. Climb the thousand-year-old White Tower and learn the gruesome history of the Bloody Tower.
This is followed by a 2-course lunch in a top London restaurant to enjoy a ‘Taste of Britain’ menu followed by a cruise on the Thames River. Sip Champagne as you pass by the iconic Tower Bridge, St Paul's Cathedral and the Palace of Westminster.
In the afternoon enjoy a guided panoramic tour of the city, starting from Parliament and Westminster Abbey, peer along Downing Street, home of the British Prime Minister, circle around Trafalgar Square, see vibrant Piccadilly Circus and the opulent Albert Memorial and view the city's famous museums such as the Victoria and Albert and the Science Museum. Head into Knightsbridge to drive by Harrods and then take a short walk for a photo stop outside Buckingham Palace before returning to your hotel at the end of this entertaining and rewarding day.
Please note: Parts of the itinerary may be reversed depending on local traffic conditions.
Upon returning to your hotel, the evening is at spent at your leisure, dinner is on your own.
DAY 3
Travel to a surprisingly unique and deeply fascinating corner of Britain, the beautiful county of Kent, with its lush green landscape, bountiful orchards, fruit markets and bustling vegetable farms it is known, quite rightly, as The Garden of England.
But Kent is not just a collection of charming villages and narrow country lanes, its proximity to the continent has made it both a rewarding and dangerous place to be. Whether it be Roman or Norman invaders, the arrival of Christianity through St Augustine, or French Huguenot refugees escaping persecution, the county of Kent has seen it all.
More recently, though, it was in the firing line from Luftwaffe during World War Two, specifically the Battle of Britain in 1940. The sky over the county echoed to the sound of dogfights between the Royal Air Force and the enemy.
Enjoy a drive into the heart of the region, through fields of market produce, tomatoes, onions, orchards of apples and the ever-present hop fields.
Pay a visit to the Battle of Britain memorial that overlooks the famous White Cliffs of the South Coast. From here, as we look out to the French coast, we make the short journey to Dover Castle, the largest castle in England. Visit the 2,000-year-old Roman lighthouse, Henry II's magnificent 12th century stone keep and explore the extensive range of tunnels dating from the Napoleonic Wars and World War Two.
The next stop is the award winning Gusbourne Vineyard. As a founding member of Sustainable Wines of Great Britain, Gusbourne carries an accreditation that reflects the most exacting environmental standards. The visit begins with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival followed by an exclusive vineyard tour. Learn the processes and methods to transform fruit into great wines, all while taking in the stunning views. The tour concludes with a 2- course, locally sourced lunch and tutored wine tasting.
Once the visit ends, begin the journey back to London. Pause in the delightful village of Chilham on the way back. With its timber framed cottages huddled below the stately Manor House at the head of the old square. Visit the church and see the ancient Yew tree which took root way back in 690AD.
Back in London, the remainder of the evening is at your leisure and dinner is on your own.
DAY 4
After breakfast and check out, begin your journey to the ship via one of the wonders of the world and the best-known prehistoric monument in Europe ‘Stonehenge’. Entry to the site is included but the tour is self-guided.
Please meet in the lobby 15-minutes prior to departure, having settled any incidentals, where you will be met by a representative who will accompany you on the drive. Once at the port you will embark the ship.

DAY 2
London is a city that inspires and amazes! A capital that basks in its rich history where around every corner there is something new, yet something very familiar. We take you on a tour of this majestic city, fully guided by a London expert.
Your day begins in a Royal Palace after breakfast at your hotel and a short drive outside the city.
On the banks of the River Thames, Hampton Court Palace started life in 1515 as a magnificent brick stately home for Cardinal Thomas Wolsey. Seized by Henry VIII at Wolsey's downfall, the Palace was enlarged and became home for Henry and wife number two, Anne Boleyn.
Explore with a Hampton Court guide the Tudor bedrooms, oak panelled corridors, and extensive Royal kitchens. Visit the magnificent chapel and banqueting hall. See how the Palace received a makeover by Sir Christopher Wren during the late 17th century reign of William and Mary. Enjoy the works of art from the Royal Collection on display throughout the building and take time to stroll around the grounds, admiring the fountains and getting yourself lost in the famous Hampton Court maze!
Return to the city for a superb 2-course lunch in a top London restaurant to enjoy a ‘Taste of Britain’ menu followed by a cruise on the river Thames. Enjoy a glass of champagne as you pass by the iconic Tower Bridge, St Paul's Cathedral, and the Palace of Westminster.

Please note: Parts of the itinerary may be reversed depending on local traffic conditions.
Upon returning to your hotel, the evening is at spent at your leisure, dinner is on your own.
DAY 3
After breakfast at your hotel, begin the day with a journey to England's West Country, to the elegant city of Bath, famed for its therapeutic hot springs, a long and varied Roman history plus the beautiful terraces, crescents and circuses of the 18th Century that adorn the residential area of the city.
Bath's foundations go back to Celtic times when the springs were first discovered, and the healing properties realized. Enjoying the warm waters, the Roman invaders soon arrived in the first century and called this place Aquae Sulis turning it into one of the most important religious centers and military settlements in the northern part of the empire.
Through the Saxon era and the Mediaeval period up to the city's new foundation as a resort for Georgian aristocrats, making the three-day journey from the capital, the wealthy elite would take the waters to cure themselves of rheumatic diseases, stiffness of the joints and gout.
On arrival in Bath there will be a guided tour where you will walk along the original Roman pavement, before entering the Roman Baths to see the hot baths and remains of the temple of Sulis Minerva.
Next, take a drive though the delightful rolling hills and meandering streams of the Cotswolds, to honey-coloured stone villages down narrow country lanes. Time seems to have been given very little chance to march forward around these parts. Cottages of 17th century weavers’ homes stand next to chuckling streams, gentle rolling green hills and hidden valleys that stretch across these limestone uplands. With an expert guide on board your coach you will set about exploring this area and meander through this wonderful landscape.
Visit Burford where the old weavers’ houses cascade down to the valley of the river Windrush below and see Stow on the Wold with its ancient marketplace and hilltop views. Enjoy a hearty pub lunch in an old English hostelry during your journey around the Cotswold Hills as well as photo stops and guided walks in each of the villages you call into.
Please note: Parts of the itinerary may be reversed depending on local traffic conditions.
Back in London at your hotel, the remainder of the evening is at your leisure and dinner is on your own.

Boasting a rich and varied past, Belfast is a city of both industry and elegance. This exploration of the city will introduce you to the many and varied features of Northern Ireland's largest city. You will also travel outside the city to visit the iconic Royal residence of Hillsborough Castle and the world-famous UNESCO World Heritage site - the Giant's Causeway.
DAY 1
Disembark the ship in Belfast and meet your guide.
Depart for a visit to the brand-new McConnell’s Distillery, located in the historic Crumlin Road Gaol. A visit here offers a unique blend of whiskey craftsmanship and Belfast’s rich history. Located within the walls of the historic 19th-century prison, this distillery brings new life to a space once known for its infamous inmates and dramatic past.
Explore the whiskey-making process, from grain to glass, and witness firsthand how McConnell’s revives its legendary Irish whiskey brand. Learn about the brand’s 250-year heritage, experience the sights and aromas of maturing whiskey, and enjoy expertly guided tastings of their exquisitely crafted spirits.
Beyond the whiskey, the setting itself is a major highlight—walking through the repurposed prison, you will gain insight into its eerie yet fascinating history, making this a must-visit for both whiskey lovers and history enthusiasts.
Following your guided tour and tasting here, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before transferring to your hotel which is located in the heart of the city. Set in the Linen Quarter, you’ll find it’s the perfect spot for exploring all that Belfast has to offer.
Check in is at 3:00pm so you will be able to drop off your bags with the Concierge and begin independently exploring as this is a day at leisure. Although every effort will be made to have rooms available before this time, this cannot be guaranteed.
Perhaps venture to St. George’s Market – one of Belfast’s oldest attractions and one of the best markets in the UK and Ireland. Other popular sites close by are the Crumlin Road Goal, City Hall, the Ulster Museum and the Botanic Gardens.
Dinner is on own this evening.
DAY 2
Following breakfast, meet your guide in the lobby and depart on a tour of Belfast, city rich in history and industry.
Built with 19th century industrial money, many fine buildings from this era still grace the city and are reminders of its prosperous past. Enjoy commentary on such sights as the Grand Opera House and the Albert Memorial before passing Queen’s University where the Botanic Gardens are located. Located in these gardens is the Palm House – a superb structure of cast iron and curved glass panels built even before Kew Gardens opened in London in 1839.
You will drive past Belfast City Hall – an impressive building with a 300ft long façade of Portland stone, which dominates Donegall Square. One of Belfast's most iconic buildings, it first opened its doors in August 1906 and is today where the city council sits.
Travelling towards Belfast’s port area en-route to Titanic Belfast®, your informative guide will point out the twin shipbuilding cranes, affectionately known as Samson and Goliath, which dominate the Belfast skyline and are landmark structures of the city.
The most significant tale of Belfast’s ship building past is the ill-fated Titanic. Nicknamed the "millionaire’s special," it was the last word in luxury and signalled to the rest of the world that life in the 20th century would be bigger, faster, newer, shinier. The striking ultra-modern building of Titanic Belfast® resembles the hulls of four ships and the building is clad in thousands of three-dimensional aluminium plates. From above, it resembles a white star, the symbol of the White Star Line, Titanic’s operators.
Inside, the 118,400 square foot building offers a state-of-the-art experience that will take you through nine galleries on six floors. Through the interactive displays you will learn how Belfast became a thriving boomtown, watch a dramatic presentation of the shipyards and the Titanic under construction, explore the superb craftsmanship of Titanic’s interiors, relive the drama of its tragic end, and explore the wreckage on the ocean floor. After your tour and time permitting, you will have some free time to enjoy the breath-taking views that overlook the slipways where Titanic was launched, sit down for a bite in one of the fine restaurants or browse the gift shops for souvenirs.
Re-join your coach and drive past the alternative sights of Belfast including the political wall murals which are a unique cultural experience. You will also see the former Crumlin Road Court House and Crumlin Jail (both of these venues were for political offenders only) and The Peace Wall.
A stop will be made for lunch at a venue where you can experience the local fare and perhaps enjoy some Guinness.
Next, travel a short distance outside the city to the historic village of Hillsborough which is home to the distinguished Hillsborough Castle. Built in the 1770s by the first Marquis of Downshire, the mansion has been remodelled in the last 200 years to its present state and is the official residence of the British Royal Family when they are visiting Northern Ireland. Set on 96 acres, the grounds boast woodlands, waterways, and gardens that feature many rare plants. Set out on a guided tour through this lovely two-story late Georgian manor adorned with beautiful furniture and master pieces of art.
Visit the State Room where all visiting dignitaries are formally welcomed. Next door is Candlestick Hall where candles were collected before retiring for the night in the 18th century. The panels around the room, made in the early 19th century, are made from hand-painted wallpaper and depict scenes from Cervantes’ Don Quixote. Today, this is where members of the Royal Family and visiting dignitaries sign the visitors' book.
Next, you can visit the castle’s two dining rooms - the Red Dining Room, which looks out over what is claimed to be the largest rhododendron bush in Europe, and the State Dining Room where official state dinners are served. You will also visit the Throne Room, where citizenship ceremonies are held; the State Drawing Room, which overlooks the Jubilee garden; and Lady Grey’s Sitting Room.
At the conclusion of the tour, feel free to meander through the lovely gardens or stroll to Hillsborough village before re-joining your coach for the journey back to your hotel.
The remainder of the day and evening is at your leisure and dinner is on your own.
DAY 3
Following breakfast at your hotel you will depart for a full day tour to Larne where you will join the Antrim Coast.
The three-hour panoramic drive unveils gorgeous vistas of windswept coastline, unrivalled seascapes, towering cliffs, white sandy beaches, tranquil glens and lush forest parks. Around each bend in the road, you will find pretty fishing villages or dramatic headlands.
Leave the coach to stretch your legs and take photos at Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge viewpoint. Spanning a chasm some 80 feet deep, this bridge once consisted of a single rope handrail and widely spaced slats. Anglers would traverse it while holding the salmon they caught - an endeavour that was not for the faint-hearted. Unfortunately, the old bridge was replaced more than a decade ago. There is now a much more sensible, two-railed bridge with no wide gaps or missing boards - not nearly as exciting as the old one.
Continue your drive along the coast, pausing for photos at White Park Bay and Dunluce Castle. Built in the 14th century, Dunluce is perched at the edge of a magnificent cliff with the fierce Atlantic Ocean as its backdrop. Most of the fortifications here date from the 16th and 17th centuries.
Following lunch, visit the Giant’s Causeway – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For centuries, visitors have marvelled at its majesty and mystery. The Visitor Center allows you to decide for yourself which is the most likely (or the most interesting) explanation of how the causeway’s 40,000 basalt stones were formed. Stories about the area’s rich mythology, history, geology, flora and fauna introduce you to the Causeway; then, walk the causeway to see how this unique rock formation has stood as a natural rampart against the unbridled ferocity of Atlantic storms for millions of years. The rugged symmetry of the columns never fails to intrigue and inspire.
Return to Belfast via the inland route of Bushmills and Ballymena a 90-minute drive.
After some time to freshen up, depart your hotel once again for dinner and a show. Local entertainers will provide a narrative journey through the hidden backstreets and lost lanes of old Belfast. Dance through the hustle and bustle of Belfast's history and engage in the pulsating rhythms of the city's heartbeat. Spend an enchanting time in the company of world champion Irish dancers and musicians, who have learnt, honed and applied their trade on many a highway and by-way. Try your hand at 'sean-nós' and céilí dancing as your entertainers sing and play some local melodies and street songs that would have been heard in the shipyards, mills and markets of old.
With dancing, stories, songs and music played with a variety of traditional Irish instruments, there is something special for everyone in this unique cultural experience that is "Belfast Untold".
DAY 4
After breakfast, the morning is at leisure. Room check-out is at 11:00am, however arrangements can be made for the hotel to securely store your luggage should you need longer.
A private transfer will be provided to either the Belfast International Airport (BFS) or the George Best Belfast City Airport (BHD) based on your flight time.
Note: For guests departing from the Dublin International Airport: the drive time is approximately 1.5 hours from the hotel. As such, a surcharge of $300 USD per person (couples) or $509 USD for solo guests, will be added to your booking for this private transfer.
