Yes! Please contact your Travel Advisor or Regent Seven Seas Cruises directly for more information on availability, prices and to add one of our exceptional Land Programs to your cruise booking.
Land Programs must be reserved at least 91 days prior to your cruise. Typically, programs are added anywhere from 1-3 years prior to sailing; however, our Land Program Specialists are continually adding new programs so we encourage all guests to check back frequently for updates to the available programs.
Most land programs do have accessible components; however, some programs or components of them may not be. As such, any guests requiring use of a mobility device such as a wheelchair, walker, cane or motorized scooter, should contact Regent Seven Seas Cruises prior to signing up.
Since participation may be based on one’s physical capabilities and stamina, we will ask questions that will help determine if a program is suitable or not. In all cases, once booked, use of a mobility aid should be noted on the land program extension in your booking so our local vendors can be made aware of your specific needs.
In general, when participating in a Land Program, guests must be able to enter and exit the tour coaches with little to no assistance and be able to manage varying terrain types such as cobbled streets, uneven pathways and steps. Guests using a wheelchair are required to have someone accompany them to assist. In some cases, guests may be able to hire independent guides (at own cost) to assist with this regard.
If guests require accessible hotel rooms or assistance at airports on the internal flights, advance notice is required and cannot always be guaranteed.
Sampling regional cuisine is an integral part of experiencing the culture of a destination. As such, authentic dining options are provided during Land Programs, with local dishes featured throughout each itinerary. For guests with food intolerances or specific dietary requirements, it is recommended to contact the Regent Reservations Team at least 90 days before departure. Including these details in your land program reservation allows local vendors to accommodate dietary needs accordingly. Please note that some menus are set in advance and may not be altered on the day, making prior notification necessary.
Land Programs are sold based on double (twin) or single occupancy. For example, if four adults are sharing a suite on the ship, two separate rooms will be required for the Land Program. Triple occupancy rooms are only available when a child under the age of 18 is sailing with two adults from the same suite on the ship.
Group sizes depend on the specific program. Many programs are designed to be smaller and may include fewer than 20 guests; this detail is noted at the top of the program itinerary. While the target is to limit groups to no more than 30 guests, some circumstances may require larger groups.
Land Programs are fully refundable up to 91 days before sailing unless otherwise noted. Some specialized programs may be subject to a shorter booking window and this would be indicated in the itinerary.
All programs, unless otherwise noted, are 100% non-refundable within 90 days of sailing. Should a guest be required to leave a program early, unused portions of that Land Program would be non-refundable.
Shipboard Credit cannot be applied to land programs.
This is not permitted. Guests on our Land Programs must be booked on the relevant sailing and paid in full for the program.
Our Land Programs are priced as a package; therefore, upgrades to any component are not permitted. All inclusions and room types are listed in the program itinerary. Unless otherwise indicated, economy class flights are used for internal flights on all land programs.
