Harry Sommer is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and brings more than 30 years of experience in the cruise industry. Harry previously served as President & CEO of NCLH's largest cruise line, Norwegian Cruise Line, where he oversaw the brand's entire operations. Under his leadership, the cruise line successfully navigated the industry's toughest period in history and successfully relaunched operations after a more than 500-day pause. Simultaneously, he led the company to introduce the first-in-class Norwegian Prima, the first of six ships in the brand's new class of ships and led the brand to record-breaking bookings in 2022. Previously, Harry served as President, International for NCLH, where he oversaw all international sales, marketing, and business development functions in markets beyond the United States and Canada.
During his decades in the industry, Harry held various executive and senior management roles in major cruise companies such as Prestige Cruise holdings, Renaissance Cruises, and Viking River Cruises. He also co-founded Luxury Cruise Center, a high-end travel agency specializing in premium and luxury cruise experiences.
Harry earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College in New York, and a Master's in Business Administration from Pace University in New York. Harry is also a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the NCLH Board of Directors.
Jason Montague served as a Special Advisor to NCLH for two years after leading the Regent Seven Seas Cruises brand as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2022. Before that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for both the Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands, where he successfully oversaw the launch of Sirena for Oceania Cruises and the Seven Seas Explorer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Before NCLH's acquisition of Prestige, Montague was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Prestige, where he played a key role in launching Oceania Cruises, overseeing the purchase of its initial R-class vessels, securing an investment from Apollo Global Management, and acquiring Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Earlier, he ran a consulting practice focused on strategic planning for SMEs and was VP of Finance at Alton Entertainment Corporation. Montague holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Miami.
Wesley D’Silva is the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Joining the luxury cruise line in 2010, he has extensive experience in revenue management and financial operations, having honed his analytical skills in various roles within the finance and revenue management departments at Regent Seven Seas Cruises and parent company Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. He first moved into Regent Revenue Management in 2016 and has since seen his responsibilities expand. In his current role, Wes leads the Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management teams at Regent.
Wesley graduated Summa cum Laude and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Miami.
Steve Odell serves as the Senior Vice President of International and Consumer Sales at Regent Seven Seas Cruises, where he leads a world-class sales organization, driving strategy and growth across all global distribution channels and fostering strong partnerships with valued Travel Partners.
With over 35 years of experience in the ultra luxury travel and cruise sectors, Odell joined parent company, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in October 2015 and played a pivotal role in launching the company's Asia Pacific business across its three brands based at regional headquarters in Sydney, Australia. In 2019, he transitioned to focus exclusively on the luxury sector, expanding the footprint of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and sister brand Oceania Cruises in the Asia Pacific market. In January 2024, he moved to company headquarters in Miami, Florida to assume his current global role and join Regent’s executive team.
Steve was inducted into ‘Cruise Lines International Association’s (CLIA) Australasia Hall of Fame’ in 2023. He was recognized specifically for his cruise industry stewardship, two terms as Chairman of CLIA Australasia and for his commercial achievements in the contemporary, premium, luxury and ultra-luxury cruise segments across key global markets.
Franco Semeraro is the Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations at Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Franco assumed responsibility for the Regent Seven Seas Cruises brand in 2008 and since has overseen the complete transformation of the brands’ existing ships in addition to taking a leading role in the design and construction of Seven Seas Explorer®, Seven Seas Splendor® and Seven Seas Grandeur®. Franco is responsible for all facets of the onboard guest experience which includes culinary, food & beverage, housekeeping and administration. Additionally, he oversees all hotel aspects of new ship builds , as well as the implementation of innovative product updates and new guest experiences across the fleet . Under his purview Regent Seven Seas Cruises has become the industry leader and preeminent brand in the luxury space.
Pat Scheer has in depth experience and expertise at Regent Seven Seas Cruises, having joined in 1992. Her journey with the Company began after a decade of distinguished roles in both the airline industry and as a travel advisor, where she honed her skills in corporate and leisure sales.
Throughout her 30-plus year tenure, Pat has shouldered a multitude of responsibilities and spearheaded numerous initiatives that underline her unwavering dedication to ensuring exceptional customer service. From managing reservations and groups to overseeing special services and documentation, Pat's commitment to excellence shines through in every aspect of her work. Additionally, her role extends to guest relations and air services, encompassing the US, EMEA, and AU markets.
Pat has been an integral part of shaping the guest experience at Regent Seven Seas Cruises, embodying its commitment to providing unparalleled service and creating unrivaled experiences for our valued guests.
Caroline Smith is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. She joined the company in 2015 as Head of Marketing, EMEA, and advanced through various leadership roles, becoming Vice President of Global Marketing in 2021 and Managing Director, International, in 2022.
In her current role, Caroline is responsible for overseeing both traditional and digital advertising, data analytics, brand partnerships, public relations, communications, and trade marketing. She drives innovative, data-driven strategies to elevate Regent Seven Seas Cruises' brand presence and foster deeper customer engagement across global markets.
With over 20 years of experience in strategic brand management, Caroline has a proven track record of delivering successful marketing and business strategies across multiple sectors. Her background includes senior roles in brand licensing and global brand management for some of the world’s most iconic consumer products.
Caroline holds a Master’s with distinction in Strategic Marketing Management, a postgraduate diploma in Marketing, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications.
Janice Davidson Pyfer is the Vice President of Brand Strategy and Creative at Regent Seven Seas Cruises, bringing extensive expertise in the luxury cruise industry. Since joining Regent in 2010, she has been pivotal in elevating brand strategy, driving creative excellence, and enhancing the guest experience. Her passion for the brand shines through in every initiative she leads.
Janice has also played a key role in the development of new builds across Regent’s tri-brand portfolio, further solidifying her impact on the future of luxury cruising. Prior to her current role, she served as Regent’s Vice President of Creative & Guest Experience and comes with a strong background in agency-side creative leadership, where she crafted compelling brand narratives for luxury hospitality, travel, and lifestyle companies.
In her current role, Janice will guide brand strategy and continue to develop exceptional marketing collateral across all channels. She will spearhead marketing efforts for the upcoming launch of Seven Seas Prestige™, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional introduction of this highly anticipated new ship.
Jason Worth is Vice President, Brand Finance & Strategy for Regent Seven Seas Cruises, leading the overall Financial Strategy, Analytics and Reporting for Regent and assists the brand across all key initiatives.
In his previous role, Jason led sales teams in the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Brazil, and was responsible for nurturing relationships between travel partners and the international sales team for Regent’s sister brand, Oceania Cruises. He focused on the strategic expansion, vision and continued growth of the company’s presence in the fast-growing international market.
Jason has been an active member of the CLIA Australasia Executive Committee from 2023-2025 and the Advocacy Committee since 2016. Prior to his current role, Jason has held various positions with the company since joining in 2011 including Vice President, Sales, Asia Pacific, Oceania Cruises, from 2022 to 2023, Vice President, Sales, Australia & New Zealand, Oceania Cruises, from 2019 through to 2022, Vice President Finance & Accounting, Asia Pacific, at parent company, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings and through its predecessor, Prestige Cruise Holdings, held roles in Finance, Treasury and Investor Relations. Jason joined Prestige from Ryder System and prior to that, worked in KPMG’s Financial Due Diligence group and PwC’s Audit and Tax groups. Jason has an MS Accounting and MBA from Northeastern University, a BA from the University of Miami and is a CPA.
